Cobb Salad

Ingredients:
3 cups romaine salad mix  
3 ounces boneless skinless chicken thighs, cooked & chopped  
2 eggs, hard boiled & sliced
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled  
⅓ medium avocado, sliced  
2 tablespoons paleo ranch dressing  
salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl layer salad, sliced hard-boiled egg, bacon, cheese, and avocado.
2. Top salad with cooked chicken thighs and drizzle with ranch, enjoy!
