Egg Roll Bowl

3 ounces ground pork sausage, cooked
1 ½ tablespoons avocado oil
5 ounces zoodles
1 cup shredded cabbage
⅓ cup sliced mushrooms
¼ cup green onions, chopped
1 egg
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons coconut aminos
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
Sea salt & pepper, to taste  

1. In a large frying pan heat ½ tablespoon avocado oil, add in crushed garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add ground sausage, sea salt, and pepper, continue cooking until cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
2. Add remaining avocado oil and the rest of the ingredients to frying pan. Toss until everything is well combined. Cook for about 5 minutes or until cabbage is wilted and zoodles are bright green. Push vegetable mixture off to one side and add egg. Scramble until cooked through then toss with vegetable mixture.
3. Remove from heat and add sausage, mixing until well combined. Enjoy!
