Keto Nachos

Ingredients:
2 ounces pork rinds
2 ounces ground beef, cooked
½ teaspoon low sugar taco seasoning
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 tablespoon guacamole
1 tablespoon pico de gallo

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Season beef with taco seasoning, until well coated. Layer pork rinds on parchment paper, top with beef, and cheese.  
3. Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted. Allow to cool a few minutes before topping with guacamole, sour cream, and pico. Enjoy!
