Turkey & Kale Soup

Ingredients:  
3 cups beef bone broth
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup diced onion
¼ cup shredded carrots
1 cup chopped kale
8 ounces shredded turkey breast  
¼ tsp. turmeric
¼ tsp. garlic powder  
pinch cayenne pepper
salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions:  
1. Place all ingredients into a large pot. Simmer over medium heat for 20-30 minutes or until turkey breast is warmed through and soup is fragrant.
2. Serve with sprinkle of fresh parmesan cheese and enjoy!  

Makes 3 servings
